Job Description :
Source, short-list, and screen candidates and schedule interviews for the selected candidates with Clients. Follow up with the clients and procure candidates feedback. Handle the whole recruitment cycle.
Desired Candidate Profile :
Candidate must be aggressive, self-motivated, multitasking, with strong organizational skills and attention to detail. * Strong networking and sourcing skills * Ability to achieve set goals and deadlines * Must be an independent worker with a strong commitment to getting to the job done. * Graduates without experience or Undergraduates with Experience in Recruitment . * SALARY : Rs 8,200/- p.m to Rs 10,200/- p.m based on the qualification, experience and abilities. WHAT SHOULD YOU DO : Walk-in for an interview on Mon-Fri between 9.30 a.m to 4.30 p.m and on Saturday between 9.30 a.m to 12.30 p.m.
